We are seeking a visionary and hands-on CEO to lead b33.tech into its next phase of growth. As a co-founder of two new AI-powered brands, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our organization and drive the development of transformative business solutions beyond our current media focus.

• Develop and execute strategic plans for growth, including the launch of two new AI-powered brands
• Lead business development, sales, and marketing efforts to accelerate growth and attract investment
• Work closely with the product team to refactor existing solutions for middle market clients and enable integration with middleware/automation tools
• Manage financial resources effectively, ensuring company survival and growth in the short term while working towards long-term valuation goals
• Represent the company to clients, partners, and investors, building strong relationships and securing necessary resources
• Collaborate with the board to align company direction with stakeholder interests

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and angel investment, preferably in the technology or media sectors
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a small, diverse team
• Hands-on approach and willingness to "roll up your sleeves" in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience in product strategy and development, particularly in enterprise and middle market solutions
• Demonstrated ability to secure funding and manage investor relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Track record of driving growth and achieving ambitious financial targets
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in business solutions is a plus
